assessment appointment the following day. And, was able to have the rusted rutted pipe replaced in both places that same day! Jeff was so professional, courteous, and respectful of the kitchen area. They did the work so that we could use the main shower, even though they discovered they needed a special piece of equipment to deal with an older home.

Of three plumbers contacted initially, they were the only ones to come out the same day I spoke to them. They snaked the line and all seemed to be well. Unfortunately the sewer backed up again within two weeks. When called they returned and re-snaked the line at no cost. The problem has not returned in the 3-4 months since.

He also addressed another issue while he was here. He was amazing. The only reason I gave a score of less than five on a couple categories was because of the cost.
